Torcrest supports commercial fire alarm projects from initial site survey and system design through installation, commissioning support, upgrades, modifications, planned maintenance and fault response. We take a site-led approach that considers the building, occupancy, operating patterns, existing systems, interfaces and long-term maintenance requirements before defining the right scope. For non-domestic premises, project requirements can be developed with reference to BS 5839-1:2025, the current code of practice for fire detection and fire alarm systems. Our core operating focus is London and South West England, with UK-wide capability for commercial, industrial and multi-site projects.
