Fire safety compliance

Fire Risk Assessments that lead to clear, accountable action.

Competent assessment, significant findings and a practical action plan—professionally issued and securely managed for your premises.

A controlled assessment process

Understand the risk position. Know what must happen next.

TORCREST completes non-domestic fire risk assessments around the actual use, occupancy and fire precautions of the premises. The assessment records its scope and limitations, identifies significant findings and turns required improvements into a prioritised action plan.

The methodology is structured around applicable fire-safety duties and current recognised guidance, including PAS 79-1:2020 principles where agreed for the premises. The responsible person retains responsibility for implementing and reviewing suitable fire precautions.

Residential blocks, complex sleeping accommodation and higher-risk residential buildings require a separately agreed scope so the correct assessment methodology and specialist competence can be confirmed before attendance.
